In principle, the installation comprises (1) copying of CLIM-X-DETECT files and (2) installation of the freeware graphics program Gnuplot (version 3.6 or higher). Copy the CLIM-X-DETECT files to your CLIM-X-DETECT directory (say, C:\CLIM-X-DETECT). (If you obtained the zipped version (CLIM-X-DETECT.ZIP), unzip the files to your CLIM-X-DETECT directory.) Install Gnuplot (pkzipped version 3.7 on my academic URL) similarly. Gnuplot executable has to be in your system path as 'gnuplot.exe'. CLIM-X-DETECT may be run from the DOS window with the command CLIM-X-DETECT or double-clicked from Windows Explorer.
